Sue Pejic is the Co-founder of WorkPlace Balance and a passionate advocate for human-centred leadership, wellbeing, and transformation. She is dedicated to helping individuals and organisations create more balanced, meaningful, and high-performing ways of working.

Sue brings extensive experience across the Higher Education and Information Technology sectors, with a strong background in project Management, lecturing, and teaching. She has contributed to academic and professional development through her work within universities, supporting both students and institutional initiatives. Currently working at Victoria University in Governance and Events, she also worked a Swinburne, RMIT, Deakin and Chisholm.

Sue is honoured to serve as Project Manager in the last 5 years for the prestigious Annual Michael Kirby Contract Law Moot and Oration at Victoria Law School, Victoria University, where she plays a key role in delivering a flagship legal event that engages students, academics, and industry professionals.

In addition to her work in education, Sue has extensive experience in Information Technology Services (ITS), having worked across multiple industries and complex ERP systems. Her professional background includes roles with leading organisations such as ANZ, Bristol Myers Squibb, Heinz Wattie’s, and Southern Cross Care / Mercy Health.

This diverse experience enables Sue to bring a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical capability, and human-centred insight to her work, supporting both organisational excellence and meaningful transformation.


Les Price is also the Co-founder of WorkPlace Balance. Les is a transformational coach, author, speaker and intuitive healer who has been helping aspiring individuals, heart-centred business owners and purpose-driven leaders create greater levels of success and fulfillment for over twenty years.

He has worked extensively as a coach, consultant, trainer and facilitator with individuals, groups and organisations across Australia and overseas, and has been successfully operating his own transformational coaching and healing business for over twenty years.

In 1996, Les experienced his own ‘second calling’ in life, after attending a transformational seminar in Hawaii where he realised that his gift was helping people break through the barriers that often hold them back, so that they can get their best work out into the world. Inspired by a desire to see others realise their full potential, Les works with many aspiring individuals and purpose-driven business owners/leaders providing soulful and intuitive guidance, coaching and healing to help them connect more deeply with their soul’s mission and realise their highest potential for this lifetime.

Les has a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and has been a senior university lecturer in Business, Leadership and Management for over ten years. In 2008, he helped co-found Visionary Business Leaders International.

Today, Les is known for his ability to engage, inspire and share insightful wisdom with audiences, and he now speaks internationally on maximising human potential; awakening the heart of business; and creating a success consciousness.

Les is based in Melbourne, Australia, and is founder of The Greatness Connection, a transformational coaching, facilitation and training business that helps heart-centred and purpose-drive individuals realise their goals in an enlightened and visionary way.
